Well this first season was entertaining, but I don't think I'll watch it again. Only the pilot really captivated me

I suggest that we create a new division of the forum dedicated to topics where some members show up out of nowhere to post their thoughts on new Star Wars media while the rest of the members remain mysteriously silent. We could call it Pathetic Geeks. The other section could be called Pretentious Man Children. Or any combination of thereof.

An excellent start to Season 2. After Andor, I feel like I am truly back in a galaxy far, far away! Also, stealing Count Dooku's war chest is such a great, swash-buckley, adventure movie thing to do!

Well, what does everyone think of Bad Batch Season 2 so far? They gave us a lot more beyond the return to Serenno. We finally saw Cody again and learned what happened to him after Revenge of the Sith, we went to Kashyyyk, met Gungi from "The Clone Wars" again, saw the Imperial Senate on Coruscant, revisited some senators from "The Clone Wars" like Riyo Chuchi and Halle Burtoni, saw Ian McDiarmid return as Emperor Palpatine to declare the time for stormtroopers, and we met of some workers on a planet that was once a Techno Union hideout.
And we still have 6 more episodes left with a lot more to come including some aerial dogfights, another episode on Crosshair, and what looks like a cloned baby Zillo Beast.
Let's hope The Bad Batch Season 3 is announced at Celebration Europe in 6 weeks from now.

Bad Batch Season 2 easily tops the first. The way they masterfully saved Palpatine for that one decisive moment just reiterates why Palps is the greatest villain of ALL time. Lucifer is second best.
I finally got a sequel to the Zillo Beast!!!!! I was waiting YEARS for that. So many CLone Wars loose ends are being addressed, so I am over the moon for this series. This is even topping The Mandalorian Season 3 so far.
Best of all may have been the episode where Crosshair finally starts to see the writing on the wall. The atmosphere in that episode is on the level of an art film. And the use of the vulture flying overhead was some brilliant symbolism.

This is basically a nothing article based on a nothing sound bite. We can just as easily say that the Ahsoka show will be the end of Lucas' legacy because he had a hand in creating the Ahsoka character. |
