eljedicolombianoI know i've been a pain lately but one person on Brighter than Coruscant slammed Lucas for the SE saying he ruined ROTJ by having Hayden Christensen as Anakin's Force Ghost Vader's No (Which i admit i have mixed feelings about) saying Jabba's appearance in ANH ruins Jedi along with complaints about Mos Eisley having CGI and saying Jabba's palace is now comical instead of scary and that the changes to the TESB and ROTJ were a big F you to The now deceased Irvin Kershner and Richard Marquand I cursed him out.

stampidhd280pro Somny Sorry it's just that half of this list is a Joke did they forget that Padme Mace and Grievous are prequel characters? it's mentioned several times in ROTS that getting Grievous will end the war Padme's fate was sealed back in 1983 and the jedi are supposed to be wiped out by the time of ANH (If they actually bring back mace i'll be pissed) also an idiot said in the comments that Grievous was made to sell toys and that padme died in ROTS because Lucas didn't watch the OT before Making the prequels which leads to another complaint i hate that lucas broke continuity with the PT (Padme dying after giving birth to luke and leia qui-gon being obi-wan's master instead of yoda chewbacca helping the jedi when he later teams up with a guy who didn't believe in the force) Han Luke and Leia were the ones who shouldn't have been killed off!

It evolved as it went along, and incongruous details are explained retroactively. But overall, no. Not if you watch them in release order. The biggest "contradiction" pill the prequels asked us to swallow (or that George Lucas asked) was that the prequels were to be viewed before the original movies. I don't think time will ever hide such a blatant anachronism in film continuity. |

I mean, the movies are chaptered that way, so chances are that time will make that order the default for new viewers. Not many will look for the year of release.

Even if this were true (which I doubt - release year is featured next to the titles on streaming services, for one) people will be able to see that the original trilogy looks older. |
